Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5 business days. Order cancellations requested after the order has been processed are subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover processing costs.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your country and shipping destination. The final shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout once your address is entered.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).Â
Damages
www.ExcelHats.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us @ customer@excelhats.com with detail information.Â
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Some items in our store ship from international warehouses (including China).
For orders delivered to the United States, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or additional carrier fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by U.S. customs authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout.
